On this page you can find our long term plan to enable you to follow your child's mathematical journey throughout their first year at school. We have also included some video tutorials to provide consistency in our approach to maths between school and home.

White Rose

In Early Years, we follow the 'White Rose' scheme of learning. Throughout your child's first year at school there is a big focus on number. The aim is to allow the children time to develop a strong sense of numbers to 10 to stand them in good stead as they move throughout the school.
