Club Links

We have hosted sessions run by Derbyshire Institute of Sport for aspiring young athletes, including some of our own pupils, which delivered training and education to nominated local athletes aged between 9 and 11. They learnt strength and conditioning skills as well as performance psychology and nutrition guidance - delivered by former World Class and Commonwealth athletes.
