Travelling and Balancing

Think of all the ways we have travelled over the last few weeks. Practise these considering direction/body parts e.g. straight lines, curved, wiggles, circles one foot, two feet, body parts on floor. Then find three ways of travelling and find three ways of being still (balances). You may want to follow this up with a cosmic yoga session where you can practise different balances.
