Today Oak Class have taken inspiration from Charles Darwin and have been carrying out some observational science. We used magnifying glasses to observe the frost and ice around Forest School. We have discussed how these have been formed and how cold winter nights are often good for star gazing too. We even observed how the ice acted like a prism and separated the light; creating a similar effect to a rainbow.
